Booking
Booking is mandatory.
Customers need to fill out the booking form.
After availability is confirmed we will ask the details of one credit card (Visa, Mastercard) as a guarantee.

Cancellation policy

• No show: 100%
• 70% on the total booking cost within 7 days prior to arrival
• 50% on the total booking cost within 15 days prior to arrival
• 30% on the total booking cost within 50 days prior to arrival

Payments & Car delivery
When you collect the car you need to pay €490 in Cash or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) to Chianti Classic Car. The remaining €440 (Classic Room) or € 500 (Deluxe Suite) must be paid to the Hotel.
